Agronomist — Coffee Farm Operation
What We're Looking For
- 🎓 Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field
- 🌱 3+ years of hands-on experience in coffee farming
- ☕ Strong knowledge of the coffee value chain — from nursery operations to post-harvest
- 👥 Experience training and supporting farmer groups
- 🌍 Familiarity with climate-smart farming practices
- 💻 Good computer skills, communication, and problem-solving abilities
